How Do You Throw A Grodski Change Up Pitch?
“So first grip we are going to show, and I already showed that was the circle change where we pulled our grip, fingertips, pointer finger and thumb together. The other one that I would like to show and I find is really great for younger kids and I call it the Grodski change.
