Here are some tips on how to take apart your wireless xbox 360 controller. There are many different things that you can do with your xbox 360 controller like add graphics, paint the controller or modify your xbox 360 controller. Start out by making sure that the Xbox 360 controller is not turned on. The green lights around the Xbox button should not be lit. Take off the battery pack located on the back of the Xbox 360 controller. Take off the serial number and screws on the back of your Xbox 360 controller. There are a total of 7 screws that you will need to remove off of the back of your xbox 360 controller. Remove the screws on the outside of the controller and work your way to the middle, removing the screw in the middle, under the serial number last. Now take apart the Xbox 360 controller.
