Some meat grinders have an attachment that stuffs the sausage, and this is the simplest way to stuff sausages. If a grinder-stuffer arrangement is not available, a hand stuffer may be used. This is a two-handed job, even with a meat grinder attachment. It is handy to have the help of a second person. Prepare the sausage mixture according to the recipe.
