If the picture has now been removed, then Google will eventually stop indexing it as a result. If, when you click on the thumbnail, the image still shows on Flickr – then you need to go and remove it. And because Flickr is a popular website, Google crawls it regularly so it should be removed pretty quickly. If you can’t wait, you could report this to Google, and they may remove it.
