The toolbar is compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox. As with most toolbars, the Megaupload toolbar can have an affect on your Web browser’s settings. If you are unhappy with how the Megaupload toolbar affects your browser’s settings, you should uninstall it. Step 1 Open “Add/Remove Programs.” In Windows XP click “Start,” “Control Panel” and “Add/Remove Programs.” In Windows Vista, click the “Windows” button, “Control Panel” and “Uninstall A Program in the Programs” menu. Step 2 Scroll down and click the “Megaupload Toolbar” entry. Step 3 Choose “Remove” and click “Next” to uninstall the Megaupload toolbar. Step 4 Open Firefox if you use it as your Web browser.
