There are commercial products which will effectively remove ink from the drum of a clothes dryer. However, products that work for some people do not work for others. There are many variables to be considered such as different ink compositions, some of which are oil-based while others are alcohol-based. Furthermore, dryer drums are not all coated with the same materials. You could spend quite a bit of money trying all the different products that others have had various degrees of success with. But this highly effective method is probably the cheapest, and you almost certainly already have everything you need in your home. Turn the dryer on and let it run for about 10 minutes. This will warm it up well. Put on gloves to protect your skin. Soak a couple of old white towels with household bleach.
