How Do You Reload The 380 ACP Cartridge?
The 380 ACP is an automatic pistol cartridge also known as the 9mm Browning Short, 9mm Corto and 9mm Kurz, and you must take care not to mistake it for the similar looking 9mm parabellum, 9mm makarov, 38 super or 38 S&W. Bullet weights for this pistol range from 88 grains to 100 grains. Clamp the loading press to your loading bench and insert the resizing and de-caping die (The 380 auto uses a two-die set). Check each case carefully for any dents, bulges or damage and throw away any that are questionable. Roll each case over the lube pad to apply lube to the case wall, but do not get any lube on the case shoulder as this will cause hydraulic denting. Place the lubed case in the case holder on the loading press ram and raise the case into the resizing and de-caping die using the press handle. Repeat this process unt
