How Do You Reassemble A Hayward Aquabug?
Once you’ve removed all the parts of the Hayward Aquabug, inspected and replaced any worn or broken parts, it’s time to reassemble the Aquabug. The best way to fit everything together is to assemble the individual components before putting them back into the shroud. Here’s how to get the cone gear and the upper middle body assembly back into the shroud. Set the upper middle body assembly right side up on a workbench. Take the Aquabug’s shroud in your other hand, holding it by the small protrusion toward the back and lower it over the upper middle body assembly. Guide the top of the cone gear into the hole in the center of the shroud. Slip
