How Do You Play Guitar Strumming Patterns?

Now we can think of our hand as a pendulum when we create these patterns, and that’ll be the best thing to do. So, our strumming hand is like this, so we can play, so just try playing, down and up, and count your strums, your down strums as ones, and your up strums as ands, or your down strums as numbers rather, you’re counting.
