How do you plan to make Argonner Elementary a center for academic excellence, with increasing student enrollment?
To support the goal for developing Argonner Elementary as a center for academic excellence, school staff and parents must work together as knowledgeable partners. It is our job to help students learn that with effort they can perform at levels higher than they think possible. This occurs when schools engage each student in appropriate, challenging instruction, providing the time and support necessary for students to demonstrate that they can meet high academic standards. We will carefully consider the value of every program in terms of academic development, and achievement of academic standards. We will ensure that our teachers have a deep knowledge of the subjects they teach to help raise levels of student performance. We will actively encourage families to be involved in their childrens education, and work with parents to improve their childrens academic achievement.
