How Do You Make The Genoa Vodka Drink?
“Today, I’m going to demonstrate how to make a Genoa. We’re going to start by taking our ice, and filling up our sixteen ounce mixing glass. Then, we’re going to use our two main ingredients, which are going to be vodka, and Campari. Now, if you haven’t had Campari before, it’s a bitter apertif. It really goes well with orange juice, but, other than that, a lot of people just drink it neat. So, we’re going to go two parts of vodka to one part Campari. So, we want to go about, I’d say, two ounces to an ounce. So, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And, one, two, three, and four. Next, we’re going to pour in orange juice to the top. This drink is going to be served in a highball. So, you want to get your highball ready, with ice. Then, you’re going to mix and shake your ingredients. Always, shake the ingredients really well. You’re going to blend all those flavors together. And then, simply strain, directly into your highball. Look at that color, it’s absolutely beautiful. W
