You can make an interesting centerpiece for your table for any occasion using just hand towels, washcloths and bath towels. The towels form the base of your centerpiece and what you add to the towels for decoration is where your creativity comes in. A baby shower is just one occasion in which you can make a centerpiece with towels. Feel free to change the decorative touches to personalize it to suit your own tastes or change it to fit the occasion. Lay one bath towel flat on a table and fold in half lengthwise. Start at one of the short sides and roll it tightly until you have a cylinder shape. Place it on its side with the open edge face down to keep it from unraveling while you prepare the second towel. Lay the second bath towel flat on the table and fold it in half lengthwise. Take your scissors and cut a few pieces of double-sided tape and place them on one of the short edges of this towel. Place the open edge of the roll onto the taped edge of the second towel and continue rolling
