Mandelbrot; or biscotti, is a twice-baked cookie that is lovely to have with tea or coffees. Although this dessert is expensive to buy it’s easy and not so expensive to make! This recipe will make 3 dozen biscotti. Ingredients: 2 Medium eggs 1 Cup of sugar 1 Cup of vegetable oil 2 1/2 Cups of flour 1 Teaspoon of baking soda 1 Teaspoon of baking powder 1 Tablespoon of vanilla 1 Cup of chopped nuts 1 Cup of chocolate chips 1/2 Cup of raisins 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon mixed with 1/4 cup of sugar Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Prepare two cookie sheet by covering it with parchment paper. If parchment paper is unavailable, spray your cookie sheets lightly with a nonstick spray. Mix the eggs and sugar together.
