(Add the chickpeas in a bowl covering with cold water add 2 tsp baking soda and allow to soak overnight 1 large onion, chopped 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped 1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper Salt(upon test) 2 tsp flour Oil for frying Combine chickpeas, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, onion, black pepper, salt, flour in food processor until you get thick paste.
