However, you could be spending thousands of dollars on address labels every month if you hire a business to make them for you. Most companies have Microsoft Word installed on their computers. You can make address labels easily with this program. If you do not have Word, you can locate free address label creators. Open Microsoft Word. If you do not use Word for your company, Download.com has some free label makers. These include Paper Label Maker, Label Maker with Data Merge and Business Card and Label Maker Pro. If you use a program other than Microsoft Word, the instructions may differ. Click on the “Mailings” tab. This is on the top of your blank Microsoft Word page. The first box is the “Create” tab.
