Step 2 Cut enough pieces of packing tape to cover both sides of your paper. Use 2 layers so it’s durable, but not too thick for you to fold. Step 3 Use your scissors to trim the edges of the packing tape from the covered paper. Step 4 Lie your paper flat on the table. Grasp the bottom edge of the paper and make a 2.5-inch fold. Step 5 Tape the sides of the paper after you’ve folded it. Step 6 Place your paper money inside the taped wallet, fold it in half and your money will now be safe in your pocket or purse.
