Fold the bottom corners of the rectangle upwards so that they meet the edges of the paper on the opposite side. The edges of each corner should meet in the middle of the paper. Unfold to create a crease. Turn the paper around and fold the other two corners in the same way and unfold. You should now have two sets of crossed diagonals (two squares) on either side of the paper. Pinch the area on top and bottom of the diagonals on one side of the paper, allowing the fold lines to create a triangle. Press this down and do the same on the opposite side.
