How Do You Make A Criss Cross Bulletin Board?
Criss cross bulletin boards are practical and attractive. Used to display photographs, notes, souvenirs or other items, they can be large or small, plain or decorative, whimsical or formal. This is an excellent project for children and adults and can be made to give as gifts. Lay fabric flat on work table, right side down. Lay foam core on top so fabric extends beyond the board about 2 1/2 inches all the way around. If necessary, cut extra fabric away from the other sides with scissors. With hot glue gun, apply a thin strip of glue 2 inches from the edge of one side about 6 inches long. Lift the extended fabric on the side and press down onto the glue. Continue doing this all around the board until all the fabric is secured to the back of the board. Overlap the corners and glue down to make a neat finish. Flip the board over so that the front is up. Put a dab of glue at one corner on the front of the board. Press one end of ribbon on top to secure. Leave 2 inches of the ribbon hanging
