Here’s another great no-bake cake recipe. If you love banana splits, you gotta have this recipe!! Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and the butter; press firmly onto the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan. Put in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread carefully over crust; top with pineapple. Slice 4 of the bananas and place on top of pineapple. Pour milk into bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of cool whip; spread over banana layer in pan. Top with remaining 1 cup of cool whip; sprinkle with pecans. Place cherries on top. Refrigerate for 5 hours. Slice remaining 2 bananas just before serving and arrange on top of dessert. Store any leftover cake in refrigerator.
