As the old adage states: “What goes up, must come down.” When you are making jumps with your BMX bike to get “big air,” it is time to learn how to land. A few key components contribute to a safe and problem-free landing, and once you master them, you will be able to put together a host of new tricks and combinations and land on two wheels each time. Master the approach. The two components that contribute to a rough landing most often are: lack of speed and instability.
