Building bigger arm muscles is a dream of almost all guys. In my gym I always get asked by fitness enthusiasts of all levels on how to get those big bulging biceps. Nothing can substitute hard work and perseverance but having right technique does make wonders to muscle strength and size. Alternate Dumbbell curls. Stand straight with legs shoulder width apart. Grab a dumbbell in each of hand with underhand grip. WITHOUT leaning back or swinging the weight, curl the right dumbbell up toward your chest in an arc. Keep your elbows in the same place and close to your sides. Bring the weight up as high as you can and squeeze the biceps at the top. Lower the weight slowly, resisting all the way down until your arms are nearly straight. Repeat the steps above with left dumbbell.
