Picasa is a free photo-editing software from Google. Download Picasa from the web. A file transfer protocol (FTP) is a program that will transfer your photos from your computer to a webpage. You can also use FTP to send your photos to anyone who has access to your FTP file page. Download Picasa to your computer at Picasa.google.com. Download a free FTP client such as Smartftp.com. Pick out the photos you want for FTP. Make sure you have edited them before you display them on your webpage or share them with family and friends. Open Picasa.
