How Do You Edit A Contact Nickname In MSN Messenger?
An MSN Messenger user can change their contact name any time they choose. When they do, it will change in your contact list as well. This can get annoying because when the name changes, you have no idea who the new name on your contact list is or how they got there. To prevent this confusion, you can change your contacts’ nicknames to anything you choose. The following will show you how. Access your Messenger account by double clicking on the “MSN Messenger” icon. Sign into your MSN Messenger account with your user name and password. Pull up your “Friends List.” Find the “Contact” name on the list that you would like to change. Right click on the Contact name in this list.
