How Do You Draw A Top Down Street?
Drawing a street from the sky is easy. From whatever angle the image is being viewed, perspectives remain the same. With a vanishing point, a top down street with buildings can easily be drawn. This is an important how-to for those learning perspective. Draw two horizontal parallel lines. Draw three lines that intersect in the center of the page. Draw additional lines extending from the vanishing point to the lower left corner of the the drawing. Draw some horizontal lines connecting two of the diagonal lines on the lower left hand corner. This will represent the bottom of the building. Draw an additional line to create a building in the top right hand corner of the drawing. Draw a vertical line to represent the side of the building.
