How Do You Do The Warrior Two Yoga Pose?
The Warrior Two yoga pose is similar to the Warrior One. Both exercise the core muscles and legs. Warrior Two provides an easy transition to or from Warrior One. Stand with legs twice shoulder width apart in a comfortable straddle. Rotate your body to the side at the waist so that you are facing one of your legs. Point the foot of the leg you are facing forward in the direction you are looking. Adjust the back foot to point diagonally between your side and front. Adjust the back foot, bringing it close enough to you that your hips are aligned forward. Bend your front knee so that the knee is directly above the ankle. Rotate your body at the waist so that you are facing to the side. Reach both of your arms out, away from your body, and hold them parallel to the floor.
