To create a postscript file you must have a postscript printer driver installed on your PC. You can open and then print your document to see the dialog box with a “Print to file” option. Clicking this option with a postscript printer driver installed creates a postscript file. If you have Adobe Illustrator you can also use the save options in this software to create a postscript file. Simply open your Illustrator document and save it as a postscript file instead of an Adobe Illustrator formatted file. Click “Start” and then select “Printers and Faxes” and the “Printer and Faxes” dialog box is displayed. Click “Add Printer” and the “Add Printer Wizard” is displayed. Click the radio button “Local printer attached to this computer” and then click “Next.” Click the “Use the following port:” radio button and select LPT1 port from the drop down menu and then click “Next.” Click on the printer “Manufacturer” and the software printer drivers for that manufacturer are displayed in the “Printers
