Requirements: The requirement for configuring Asian fonts in WinCC flexible is Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional. You do not explicitly need an English version of either system with Multilingual User Interface (MUI). You only need an MUI-compatible operating system if you wish to change the interface language of Windows. Note: With regional versions of Microsoft Windows, you can only install Asian keyboards and Asian fonts. You cannot change the interface language of Microsoft Windows. The Asian versions of Microsoft Windows already support Asian languages, so you do not need to make any more settings in the operating system.
