How Do You Change The Text Color On A Microsoft Word Document?
All versions of Microsoft Word allow you to change the text color. In addition to changing the text color of the entire document, you can change the text color of a single word, line or paragraph. This allows you to have multiple text colors within a single Word document. If you commonly use a specific text color, you can change the “default” text color to any available color. Highlight the text you want to change with your mouse. If you want to change the text color for the entire document, press “Ctrl + A.” Click on the arrow next to “A” on the top menu font box. This will expand the color selection chart. Select the desired color from the list.
