iTunes is the default player you use to manage iPods and iPhones. It allows uploading media files from CDs, websites, podcasts or from the media store. Uploaded files include music, games, pictures and videos. To avoid losing your media content in case you have a system crash, it is important to back up your iTunes library. Do this easily using the built-in iTunes backup utility. Launch iTunes and click the “File” menu on the top. Select “Library” and select “Back up Disc.” Select “Back up entire iTunes library and playlists” if you want to back up all the files on the iTunes library.
