How do water taxis work?
* Water taxis pick up and drop off passengers at 27 İDO docks. Work is in progress to increase the number of docks serviced by water taxis. * Water taxi passengers are able to embark and disembark from whichever combination of the 27 docks they choose. For information on the distance between the docks and fare information, visit www.deniztaksi.com or call 444 44 36 * Requests for water taxis can be made by calling the water taxi line and providing your first name, last name and the docks for pickup and drop-off. The call center will direct the nearest empty taxi to the pickup dock, and your service request will be displayed on the taxi’s computer system. To avoid any confusion between taxi requests, your first and last name will be displayed along with your request. The water taxi’s number and the job number will be provided to you. The taxi will wait for you at the pickup spot you designated. In order to board the ferry you must provide the job number that has been provided to you. *
