How do students log in and/or get help with Blackboard?
Student instructions for logging into Blackboard can be found on the student Bb Resource page http://tis.sjcny.edu/training/BB/students/ There are three easy ways for students to get help with Blackboard: a) They can visit the student Bb Resource page http://tis.sjcny.edu/training/BB/students/ b) Once the student logs into Blackboard, he/she will find a link to the Blackboard Tutorial on the right side of the screen under the “My Courses” module. The student should go through the tutorial since many of the features of Blackboard are explained there. If the student does not see the Blackboard Tutorial, have him/her contact Bb Support (see below). c) If a student needs technical assistance, please have him/her contact 24/7 Blackboard Support @ SJC.
