How do Order Reminders work?
This is the feature of the site we are most excited about. With My Reminders, you can set order reminders based on an order you place. This is a great way to make sure that ordering coffees or teas doesn’t just slip your mind. When you use My Reminders, you are basically setting up an email reminder to order a preset order from 1 Great Cup. You set the reminder for a number of days before the order is wanted. At that time, we email you and you can either accept the order as is or change the order (increase, decrease, move the reminder). How to set up My Reminders: To set up a reminder, you will go to the My Account area and log in (if you are not already logged in), go to My Reminders and you will see a list of your orders. Select the order that you want a reminder for by clicking on it and set up when you would like to reorder and how long before you would like to be reminded to accept of change the order.
