In AutoCAD 2009 and AutoCAD 2010 you can update your Hardware Certification XML file directly from the software. Enter 3DCONFIG at the command line and click Check for Updates. If a newer file is available, it will be downloaded and installed in your system. If a newer graphics hardware driver is available, a note will be displayed in the dialog box, and you can follow the link to download the latest certified graphics hardware driver for your card.
