How do I update my COLAs Online user profile with new permit numbers or as other user information changes?
Authenticated users may update their phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses using the “My Profile” link from the user’s menu in the upper right corner when logged on to COLAs Online. All other updates or modifications to a user’s account information must be made using the COLAs Online Access Request/registration form, http://www.ttb.gov/forms/f50132.pdf In Section A- ACTION REQUESTED check the box “Modify User” and provide the updated information in the appropriate fields.
