How do I obtain credit for attending the Continuing Education courses?
Two things must be done to ensure you receive credit for attending continuing education courses at Seminar 2009: 1) At the conclusion of each course, you will be provided with an activity evaluation sheet. In order to receive continuing education credit, all participants must complete this form and return it to the room monitor or moderator. 2) Each attendee will be provided with a continuing education sign-off sheet. At the conclusion of the final course you wish to attend, take your completed sheet to a member of CSHP staff for sign-off. Staff can be located at the registration or informations desks. Once signed, this will constitute proof of your continuing education units.
