Cut pieces of vegetables the same size, Heat a small amount of olive oil in a wok or large frying pan. Saute or stir fry onions and some garlic first, until limp. Add other vegies, the most dense, like carrots first, and cook until they are all steaming. Lower the heat, and cover the pan. let steam for about five minutes. Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, two tablespoons dry wine, 2 tablespoons corn starch, and 1/2 cup chicken stock together, and set aside. Turn the heat back up, and drizzle a small amount of sesame seed oil in if you have it.
