How do I know my Udos is fresh?

We are confident that you should never have to experience this bitterness, so should you receive a bottle of Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend and are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the oil, return it to the point of purchase for a full refund or exchange (to be able to recognise this taste you can take a small amount of oil and put it in an open container. Leave this on the side, in the sunlight preferably, for a week. If you then try it you will notice a bitter, unpleasant taste that you need to learn to avoid).
