How do I know for sure the patient assembled and is using the Device correctly?
A. Most patients receive a personal instruction on the use of the Device when it is dispensed. The Device comes with a User Manual that describes and illustrates the steps to assembling, using and caring for the Device and its components. An instructional video [DVD or VHS) comes with the Device. RS Medical contacts the patient soon after the Knee Device is dispensed to make sure the patient understands how to use it.
