A paper copy of a check posted prior to July 26, 2002 can be sent to you via USPS mail. If you already have online banking access, sign on. Go to Account Activity and click on Request Copies: • Select the account the check was written from. • Enter the first date that this check might have posted and enter a range from that date. • Enter either a check number (or range of check numbers) or the dollar amount of the check (or range of dollar amounts) to complete the search for your check. If you’re not enrolled for online access, start here. Enter your Social Security number, ATM PIN, account number, and email address. A “Search for a Check” screen will display. Follow the instructions above.
