A Upon despatch, we operate a policy of sending an email to every customer who places an order online. The dispatch email will show the status as being “delivered”, this means the goods have been passed on to the courier and will be with you by the next working day. Please ensure you check the quantity of parcels that you are signing for and report any problems to us within 7 working days. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order as our courier will only leave goods with a signature. If you are not at the address to accept the order the courier will usually return the next working day, If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local Amtrak depot for a further two working days for the recipient to collect at their convenience. In the event that this does not occur, the goods will be returned back to us, to redeliver the goods there will be a charge of £15.
