HOW DO I EXCHANGE A BICO OR MAGNETIC JEWELRY ITEM WITH A DEFECT?
TRIBAL Hollywood will exchange defective items up to 60 days after the date of purchase. We will send you a replacement item free of charge. To exchange your item please send your carefully packaged item to the above address and include the following: 1) Proof of your purchase. A copy of your receipt OR a copy of your on-line payment confirmation is acceptable. 2) A note that states what the defect is. 3) Your phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary. 4) The name and address to which we should send the replacement item.
