How do I disable Jott Voicemail on my phone?
You can view personalized instructions for disabling Jott Voicemail on your phone by going to the Voicemail section of the My Account page or by clicking here. For more general instructions, look for your phone’s provider listed below: • Alltel- Dial *73 and press “SEND”. • AT&T/Cingular- Dial ##004# and press “SEND”. • T-Mobile- Dial ##004# and press “SEND”. • Sprint- Contact Sprint Technical Support at 1-888-221-4727 and ask to have your “No answer call forwarding” and “Call forward busy” set back to their voicemail system. • US Cellular- Dial *73 and press “SEND”. • Verizon- Dial *73 and press “SEND”. If this doesn’t work, you can also try dialing *920. For all other phone providers, you’ll have to contact their technical support for assistance in returning your phone to your carrier’s voicemail system.
