How do I create a unique uik number?
Some people do it by just copying an existing one and modifying it a little. This is, of course, disapproved of, but it works for now. We currently don’t have our own tool, but you can use the guidgen.exe that comes with the Microsoft compiler. However, the guides are currently not used.
