How do I create a pop-up note to include extra information in my event, to-do, or reminders?
A popup note is a note you attach to a calendar item (event, reminder or to-do) to exchange information with other users about meetings, resources, projects and schedules. By default, a popup note can be edited or read by the same users who have permission to edit or read the calendar item to which the note is attached. • Highlight an existing calendar item by clicking once on it or do the following when you are creating a new calendar item to which the popup is to be attached. • Select Popup Notes from the Day-at-a-time menu bar. • Select New popup note. • Type in a title for the popup. • Click in the text area. Type in your popup note. • Select Add & Close from the File menu to add the popup note. • An * (asterisk) will appear beside the calendar item to indicate there is a popup note.
