How do I create a Calendar, Presentations or Spreadsheets element?
You can create your customized element in just a few simple steps: • First, the calendar or document you wish to embed must be published or shared so that anyone on the Internet can view it. • To publish a presentation, open it and click the Share button. Select “Publish / embed” and then click “Publish document”. • To publish a spreadsheet, open it and click the Share button. Select “Publish as a web page”. Make sure that “Automatically republish when changes are made” is checked if you want your element to update when the spreadsheet changes, then click the “Start publishing” button. • To share a calendar, open it and click the “Settings” link. Making sure the “Calendars” tab is selected, find the calendar you would like to share and click “Share this Calendar”. Then check “Make this calendar public”.
