How do I compare liquid extracts to capsules or tablets?
You can look at the weight to volume ratio. If you have a product with a 1:1 ratio this means that we use 1,000mg of raw plant material to make every 30 drops (or one ml ) of finished product. If you have a product with a 1:1.5 we use 667 mg of raw plant material to make 30 drops (one ml) of finished product. If you have a product with a 1:2 ratio we use 500mg of raw plant material to make one ml of finished product. If you have a product with a 1:3 ratio we use 333mg of raw plant material to make one ml of finished product. You can also compare two standardized products by comparing the milligrams of the marker compounds of each product.
