How do I cancel my KCnet Digital Phone service?
You can cancel service at anytime calling our office. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds, so be sure to cancel prior to 5:00 pm on the last day of the month. Also, you will need to return the phone adapter within 10 days of the end of the billing cycle, or you will be charged an additional $29.95. The original packaging and support documents must be returned as well.
