Balsa allows you to create a model without the need of any large tools to cut the wood, while still maintaining a solid wood appearance. Cut out the blueprint for the first floor and mount it to one of the 12-inch by 12-inch foam core sections. Spray the back side of the paper with the spray adhesive and press it onto the foam core by rubbing outward on the edges to remove any ripples and air bubbles. Repeat Step 1 with the blueprint of the second floor and the remaining 12-inch by 12-inch foam core section.
