How do I add items to the Gradebook 2 tool?
• Click on the tab for the site you wish to modify. • Click on the Gradebook 2 link in the left hand menu. • Click on the File menu item (located below the Gradebook 2 title at the top of the page) and then select New Item. • Enter the Gradebook item’s title, point value, and category if required. If you wish to have this Gradebook item included in the grading calculations, enable the Include in grade option. If you wish to have this Gradebook item count as extra credit, enable the Extra credit option. If you wish to have scores for this Gradebook item shown to students, enable the Release scores option. If you wish to convert all ungraded students with blank entries to scores of zero, enable the Give ungraded no credit option. • Click on the Add/Close button to save your Gradebook item when you are finished.
