How do I add addresses to an already created distribution list?
1. Click on create to begin a new message. 2. Click on address 3. Select the email address from any of the addressbooks, click on the >> next to “TO” to move them to the box on the right. 4. Choose your “personal addressbook”, scroll down until you see “Distribution List Options”. Next to “name” enter the name of your current distribution list. Click on save list. The name will have been added to the list.
